For Companies · Group & Onsite Training
Get your team certified, at your site or ours.
Onsite group training for healthcare facilities, schools, daycares, offices, and any team that needs certified responders.
We bring the instructors, manikins, and AEDs to your conference room. You pick the date. Your team walks out with AHA eCards.
Why companies choose onsite
Cheaper. Faster. Cleaner audits.
Compared to sending staff out one by one, onsite group training saves money, saves time, and gives you a single point of contact.
Onsite delivery
We come to your team.
Stop pulling staff away for off-site training. We bring instructors, BLS manikins, AEDs, and all consumables to your conference room or break room. Your team certifies between shifts — no travel time burned.
Volume pricing
Cheaper as you scale.
Per-person rates drop sharply once you hit 6+ attendees. Recurring engagements (hospital onboarding, quarterly daycare staff turnover) get an additional ongoing discount.
Roster + tracking
Compliance, simplified.
We send your HR or training admin a roster export after each session. Every eCard is named, dated, and linked. Audit-ready documentation for OSHA, AHCA, DCF, and Joint Commission visits.
What we deliver onsite
Every course we offer, available as a group booking.
Same AHA curriculum we run in our offices — just at your worksite or with your team coming to ours.
If you have a specialized request — Heartsaver for First Aid only, a BLS+IV combo for a clinic, a multi-day CNA program for a workforce-development partner — we'll quote it. Just mention it in the inquiry form below.
How it works
Inquiry to roster, end to end.
Most clients go from first inquiry to certified team in two weeks.

Onsite Training FAQ
Common questions.
How much does onsite group training cost?
Depends on the course and headcount. Per-person rates drop at 6+ and again at 15+ attendees. Smallest groups (1–5) pay roughly individual rates plus a travel fee; large groups pay significantly less per head than booking individually. We'll quote you within one business day of the inquiry.
What's the minimum group size?
Onsite minimums are 6 for AHA courses, 4 for APD Medication Admin. Smaller groups can come to our facility for a discounted private session.
Do you travel outside Florida?
Florida only for now. We serve Lake City, Gainesville, Jacksonville, and surrounding counties from our three offices. Distance beyond ~90 minutes adds a travel surcharge.
What do you need from us at the worksite?
A room big enough for hands-on CPR practice (clear floor space for manikins), tables, chairs, and a screen or large display for the instructor's slides. We bring everything else — manikins, AEDs, training pads, all consumables.
How quickly can you schedule us?
Standard turnaround is 2 weeks from confirmed quote to training day. Rush bookings (under 2 weeks) get a rush fee but we'll do everything possible to accommodate.
Do you do recurring engagements?
Yes — quarterly daycare staff turnover, biannual hospital onboarding cohorts, annual workforce-wide compliance refreshers. Recurring accounts get a reduced rate and a dedicated coordinator.
Will we receive documentation for compliance audits?
Yes. After every session we send your HR or training admin a roster export — names, dates of completion, AHA eCard numbers, and expiration dates. Format works for OSHA, AHCA, DCF, and Joint Commission audits.
Can we mix courses in one session?
Sometimes — depends on the courses and your headcount. A common combo is BLS for clinical staff plus Heartsaver for admin staff at the same site, same day, two instructors. Mention the mix in your inquiry and we'll quote it.
