Can I do ACLS and PALS on the same day?
Yes, at all three locations. Common pattern: ACLS in the morning, PALS in the afternoon. You walk out with both eCards.
Do I need to do anything before the day?
You need current BLS, and you'll complete HeartCode pre-work for ACLS and PALS online before arriving. We email the access codes when you book.
What if my BLS is expired?
You'll need to renew BLS first. Consider the BLS+ACLS+PALS triple bundle — fewer separate bookings and a bigger discount.
Are ACLS and PALS really that similar?
Same AHA evidence base and code framework, different patients. PALS adds pediatric-specific assessment, dosing, and equipment. Most students find them complementary — taking them together helps each one reinforce the other.
How much do I save?
$60 vs booking separately ($490 → $430). That's roughly the cost of an instructor-led BLS renewal in 2 years.
Can I split the days?
Yes — take ACLS one date, PALS another. Bundle rate still applies. Most students prefer same-day for efficiency.
Are both cards valid for 2 years?
Yes. Both ACLS and PALS Provider eCards are valid for 2 years from completion. Each one renews independently after that.
