Choosing an office.
Are the courses the same at every office?
Yes. Same official AHA curriculum, same instructor standards, same eCards. The only differences between offices are hours, parking, and a few location-specific extras (e.g. Saturday fingerprinting in Jacksonville).
Can I book at one office and reschedule at another?
Yes — give us a call or email. Rescheduling between offices is free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Add Cancellation Protection at checkout to skip the last-minute reschedule fee.
Which office has the soonest opening?
It varies day to day. Open any course page (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) and pick the location step — the date picker shows live availability at each office.
Do you offer onsite training in places you don't have an office?
