Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are welcome during open hours. But appointments skip the wait and guarantee a slot during busy periods (early week and end of month). Book above to lock in your time.
Why is the price different for different ORIs?
Some agencies pass through additional administrative fees. The price you see in the dropdown is the total — no surprise charges at checkout.
My ORI isn't listed.
Pick Other Florida ORI from the dropdown and put your ORI number in the Notes field. We accept any Florida ORI; the price defaults to the standard $89 rate unless your agency requires more.
How long until results post?
Most Florida-only checks return in 24–72 hours. FBI checks (federal-touching jobs) can take 3–7 days. Results post directly to the agency's portal — we give you a tracking receipt.
Can I get a copy of my results?
No — Live Scan results go directly to the requesting agency, not to you. To see your own results, request them from FDLE directly. We give you a receipt with date, time, ORI, and tracking number.
What if my prints get rejected?
Free reprints within 30 days for the same ORI if FDLE flags the quality. Same-ORI reprints don't cost you again. Different-ORI is a new appointment.
Do you process for multiple agencies at once?
No. Each Live Scan goes to one ORI. If two agencies need prints, you'll need two bookings — but Florida ORI rules let some results carry over for up to a year. Ask the second agency before re-printing.
