Why non-clinical teams choose us

Practical, friendly, on your schedule.

We've trained office staff, teachers, daycare staff, restaurant teams, and construction crews. The course adapts; the standard doesn't.

Onsite delivery

We come to your worksite.

Conference room, break room, gym, daycare classroom — wherever your team gathers. We bring instructors, manikins, AEDs, training pads, and all consumables. You bring the chairs.

Built for non-clinical audiences

No medical jargon.

Heartsaver is designed for laypeople — clear, hands-on, and confidence-building. We tailor scenarios to your industry (office, classroom, kitchen, factory floor).

Compliance + recordkeeping

Audit-ready paperwork.

Roster export after every session — names, dates, AHA eCard numbers, expirations. Works for OSHA, DCF licensing, school district compliance, and corporate L&D.

What we deliver onsite

Every certification a non-clinical team needs.

Same AHA curriculum we run for healthcare — friendlier pace and scenarios for the rest of the workforce.

01
Heartsaver CPR / AED / First Aid
The standard for non-clinical workforces. Adult, child, infant CPR + AED + first aid for the most common emergencies.
02
Heartsaver Pediatric CPR / First Aid
DCF-compliant for licensed childcare, preschools, after-school programs, and school staff.
03
Heartsaver CPR / AED only
Shorter session for teams that only need CPR & AED (no first-aid module). Common for office safety teams.
04
Narcan / opioid response awareness
Recognize overdose, administer naloxone, and follow up. Great fit for schools, faith communities, and HR safety programs.
05
Bleeding control / Stop the Bleed
Tourniquet use and packing for severe bleeding. Especially relevant for schools, churches, and event venues.
Recurring engagements

Quarterly daycare staff turnover, biannual school staff refreshers, annual workforce-wide compliance — set it up once and we'll run it on cadence. Recurring accounts get reduced pricing and a dedicated coordinator.

Non-healthcare FAQ

Common questions.

What's the minimum group size?

6 for Heartsaver onsite. Smaller groups can come to one of our offices for a discounted private session — see the Private group page.

Is Heartsaver enough for OSHA?

Yes — Heartsaver CPR/AED/First Aid is an OSHA-recognized credential. Roster export after each session is audit-ready.

Can the class fit in a lunch break?

Heartsaver CPR/AED only runs in about 2 hours. The full CPR/AED/First Aid course is 4-5 hours and is best as a half-day. We can split a team across two slots.

What do we need from us at the worksite?

A room big enough for hands-on practice (clear floor space for manikins), tables, chairs, and a screen or display. We bring everything else.
