Digital fingerprints submitted electronically to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE). Live Scan replaces the old ink-and-card process. Cleaner, faster, more accurate.

We submit your fingerprints to the agency you specify by ORI number — the State of Florida, AHCA, DCF, your employer, your licensing board, or the school you're applying to. The agency receives the report directly.
How long
Most results in 24–72 hours.
Results post directly to the agency's portal. Some agencies are slower. We'll give you a TCN for tracking confirmation either way.

Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, but appointments get priority and have zero wait. Use the location cards above to book a time.
What's the cost?
$89 standard. CNA students enrolled in our training program pay $75. Some agencies pass through additional fees (e.g. AHCA charges its own administrative fee on top); we'll tell you upfront.
How long until results post?
Most state-only checks come back in 24–72 hours. FBI-touching checks can take 3–7 days. The receiving agency sees results before you do — we'll give you a confirmation receipt with a tracking number.
What if I don't have my ORI yet?
You'll need to get it from your employer / licensing board / school first. We can't issue an ORI. Most agencies email it within a day of asking — call them today and come see us tomorrow.
Can the result be sent to multiple agencies?
No. Each Level 2 fingerprint goes to one ORI. If two agencies need it, you'll need to print twice — but Florida's ORI Live Scan rules let some results carry over for a year. Ask the second agency.
Do I get a copy?
You get a confirmation receipt with date, time, ORI, and tracking number. The actual results report goes to the requesting agency, not to you. To see your own results, request them from FDLE directly.
What if my prints are rejected?
Sometimes prints come back rejected (worn fingertips, dry skin, software hiccup). Re-rolls are free if it's our fault, $25 if FDLE rejects yours. Lotion the night before — really helps.
