Which formats are offered in Lake City?

What's the difference between Classroom and HeartCode?

Classroom is instructor-led end to end — didactics + skills + megacode in one block. HeartCode (Self-Guided) does the didactics online at your own pace, then you come in for skills + megacode. Same eCard at the end.

Do you offer pals renewal?

Yes — the Skills Only path is what most renewals use. Bring proof of current pals (within 6 months of expiration). You'll do the skills check and the megacode without re-doing the full course.

Can I reschedule?

Yes — free up to 24 hours before. Add Cancellation Protection at checkout for a flat $4 to skip the $25 last-minute reschedule fee.
