Epinephrine, amiodarone, atropine, adenosine. Dosing, indications, contraindications, route.

Endotracheal intubation, supraglottic airways, end-tidal CO2 monitoring during resuscitation.

Lead a resuscitation team through realistic, evolving codes. The signature challenge of PALS testing.
