Where is the Lake City office?

1009 SW Main Blvd, Lake City, FL 32025. Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Saturday 9am–1pm.

Is Heartsaver the same as BLS?

No. BLS is for clinical providers (nurses, EMS, etc.). Heartsaver is for laypeople — workplaces, schools, families. The skills overlap but Heartsaver focuses on what an untrained bystander needs.

How long does it take?

About 3 hours for the full CPR/AED/First Aid combo. Shorter if you only need CPR/AED without First Aid — ask at booking.

Will my employer accept this?

Yes. AHA Heartsaver is recognized by OSHA, school districts, daycare licensing boards, and most workplaces.

How long is the card valid?

2 years. Renewal is the same course; we'll send a reminder before yours expires.

Do I need any prior experience?

None. Heartsaver is built for absolute beginners. If you've never done CPR before, you'll be fine.
